Working Assets and eScrip
Working Assets is a long distance, wireless, credit card and online company that donates a percentage of its revenue to progressive nonprofit groups. Since 1985, Working Assets has raised $30 million in donations to hundreds of groups, including Greenpeace, Children’s Defense Fund, Amnesty International and Sweatshop Watch.
Electronic Scrip, Inc. (eScrip) is a company that brings commerce and community together to support schools, religious organizations and youth-related programs. The company recruits retail partners that donate a percentage of members’ purchases — made with credit, debit/ATM and supermarket club cards — to thousands of educational organizations. Like Working Assets, eScrip has turned an everyday action — simple shopping — into an effective way to generate real dollars. Since 1999, eScrip has generated more than $40 million in donations to support the education of youth.
Both Working Assets and eScrip provide an easy way for people to give kids a better, brighter future. Improving the lives of our children doesn’t have to take a lot of time and effort. Instead, simply by shopping or talking on the phone, anyone can make a difference. With this goal in mind, Working Assets, with the help of eScrip, created the Youth Focus Fund.

We have selected diverse organizations that are all working to create a better world for future generations.
